The following example has been taken out of a IMT document. I have changed mission information to protect myself and the people I have received the information from. I will attempt to give a little insight to the entire process if I know it. If you have anything you would like to submit, please do so. LEADERSHIP AND JOB PERFORMANCE IN PRIMARY DUTY - Presents a polished military apprearance and is a superb representative of our American cummunity - Stellar performance as the Senior AF Enlisted Manager during a 60-day gap ensured critical personnel issues were handled professionally and efficiently; processed two humanitarian PCSs with speed and compassion - Brought dilapidated AF Personnel Program up to full speed; established benchmark USAF checklist for inprocessing, decoration and EPR processing, and administrative correspondence - Authored Allied Signals Group's annual history report--hailed as exceptional by the Command's historian - Demonstrated excellent written and oratory skills as Master of Ceremony for several high profile events - Displayed coordination skills for 3 promotion ceremonies and an Armed Forces Day obersevance ceremony

Note: Not a very good package when you compare it to the previous one, 2003 2nd Quarter SNCO, on the same person. Some of the bullets have been used before. This is important to note for both supervisors and judges. Look at events, and keep a calendar handy. If the writer uses a past accomplishment, then it should reflect badly on the nominee... Or at least remove that bullet from the package before scoring it. |
